Job Description :
- Responsible for overall application systems design, data workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, controls and outputs.
- Design new software and/or enhancements to existing software based upon business recommendations as well as structural changes when necessary
- Coordinate programming activities that include leading design teams, overseeing software changes and conducting specification, design and coding reviews
- Lead teams who code, test, and debug from specifications and act as technical resource to development staff
