- Core JAVA programmer with strong JAVA fundamentals, who understands different Object oriented design patterns and working knowledge on related technology.
- Someone who has worked on complex server side core JAVA, multithreaded applications with sound database and portal development background.
- Strong exposure to enterprise platforms that exhibit high-availability, scalability, and modern architecture.
- J2EE experience is not of primary importance, but if they are strong core JAVA programmer with exposure to building web applications, that would be a plus.
- Someone who is passionate about technology, who can think independently and develop business solutions rather than someone who is purely theoretical with multiple certifications.
- Someone who wants to continue to be a hand on technologist, who does not have immediate aspiration to become lead, manager or coordinators. Because this will be a individual contributor role.
- Good communication and presentation skills who can articulate ideas/solutions well.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment is a huge plus
