• Strong technical expertise of Java and J2EE. Good understanding of design patterns.,Core Java - Server-side component designFluency developing for Linux/UNIX environments or Microsoft. 
• Relational Database experience, preferably Sybase 
• Understanding of different the aspects of Project Management (Planning, initiation, budgeting, Scope management, estimation. budgeting etc.) is good to have.
