• Strong programming knowledge inthese related fields: Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts, EJB2 or EJB3, AJAX, Hibernate and other latest technologies
• Hands-on experience in software development
• Development tool: Eclipse, My Eclipse, Rational, Intellij IDEA
• Database: Oracle, MySQL, PL/SQL, SQL
• Preferred Operating System: Windows, Linux, Sun Solaris, AIX and other UNIX
• Excellent Client Interraction and Interpersonal Skills
• Should possess effective team handlind Skills
• Retail Domain Knowledge would be an added advantage
