- 5 - 10 years of strong Coding experience in Java, XML, Java Script and logical skills.
- Good knowledge on SQL Server and queries.
- Good to have the Insurance domain knowledge.
- Analysis of business requirements and product normalization solutions for Insurance products.
- Validate the scope and custom requirements.
- Strong Business communication skills
- Prepare design documents like the detail design spec, Sketch and Blueprint
- Must have the knowledge on Product life cycle.
- Unit testing of product and documentation.
- Working knowledge of different functional areas (P&C Insurance, Content Management, and Geo Info System etc.) will be an added advantage.
