- Software development experience .
- Should have worked on Core Java, J2ee, JSP, Servlets, EJB & Struts, Hibernate
- Hands-on exposure on Eclipse, WAS, MQ, MQ Workflow
- Should have worked on Design patterns, Estimations and UML Assignments.
- Sound skills in technical training
- Knowledge/experience in best practices for software development (CMM, ISO)
