Job Description :
- good understanding of requirements, application business logic and use cases.
- To estimate and plan the work
- Able to mentor and guide a team
- Able to interact with On-shore team / Client
- Able to create design specification (Functional / Technical / Architectural)
- To perform technical reviews
- Able to perform and drive Coding & Unit Testing
- Able to plan and perform qualification (Functional) testing
- Test Case execution, issue and result logging and tracking, scripting as required
- Java/J2ee,Spring, Hibernate,SOAP based Webservice,XML and XML Parsers,[SAX, DOM],Rich Experience of Software Engineering Process,Rich Experience in Design & J2EE Design Patterns,Familiarity with CMMI process,Various Reviews and Best practices
- Experience in Efforts Estimation
