- Experience in developing framework, components or product development.
- Expected to carry out analysis and design (OOAD), mentor and monitor the team on good programming concepts and best practices.
- Passionate about developing good software products that are extensible, maintainable and reliable.
- Mature enough to take a abstract input and convert it into actual tasks.
- Experience with highly scalable and heavy transaction processing software systems is a plus
- Good communication, People oriented attitude and good team player.
