  • Core Java, Spring, Any ORM, Project/Tech Lead experience.
  • Core Java language development
  • Development frameworks like Spring and any ORM concepts like Hibernate or iBatis etc.
  • Should be able to lead a team for 7-8 people
  • Should we very good in all SDLC processes, should have worked on development projects before
  • Good onsite coordination, understanding requirements, assigning to team, reporting status to onsite
  • Should be aware of build/deployment processes
