- Experience in leading/managing the team in reputed organizations.

- Experience with Methodologies, Processes and Tools etc
- Strong expertise/exposure in following areas (atleast 2 or 3):PLSQL / AOL,FORMS / Forms Personalization,Reports / XML Publisher,Workflow,
- OAF/ JTF / JSP
- Working knowledge/exposure on any one of the following functional area:
- SCM, MFG and Procurement modules like Order Management, PO, BOM, INV, WIP, Pricing etc
