Job Description :
- Prepare Design document based on Requirements
- Analyze and come-up with any gaps in requirements
- Participate in client discussions
- Prepare estimates and WBS
- Co-ordinate with onsite/client for any clarifications
- Monitor and Track the delegated work
- Provide the status to all the stakeholders (internal/external)
- Escalate the issues in very timely manner
- Mentor and help team to understand what is to be done
- Learn any new technologies as required
- Adhere to team mgmt functionalities
- Documentation and project related activities
- Be available during releases and provide required support
- Should adhere to Quality process
