Should have excellent knowledge in Core Java / J2EE / Hibernate / Spring / Struts / UML / Web Server (Jboss / Apache / Tomcat / Websphere)
Should have proven capabilities as an integral team player and facilitator
Should have hands-on development experience
Experience in Java based projects is mandatory
Experience in product development is an advantage
Should have mentoring skills
Lead and manage project/product development from inception to final delivery/support
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Assess the competence level of the team members on regular basis and also identify/fill the gaps.
