Job Description : 

• Analyze requirements and define the most efficient/appropriate solutions
• Modify and provide support on our existing JIRA workflows
• Implement new JIRA workflows and develop JIRA custom plug-ins based on Java, and write/update corresponding documentation
• Provide technical skills, including investigation & resolution of issues, on technologies used in relation with our internal tools
• Act as the JIRA expert in troubleshooting of critical production problems as required
• Review and optimize existing Java source codes
• Perform unit tests and integration tests
• Contribute to improve our internal processes
• Work in close relationship with the Project Manager, coordinate with other development and support teams, and interact with end-users
