Candidate must have worked on all type of hiring with 1-3 years of experience i.e. Contract, Contract to hire and Permanent hiring.
Exp in hiring technology professionals for IT/ Non-IT MNC's and well versed with IT Skills and related terminologies.
Must have worked on hiring resources with skills like .Net, Java/J2ee, Oracle PL/SQL, ERP, Testing etc.
Handling entire recruitment process with effective resourcing tools/portals from resourcing, searching and screening.
Talent Mapping and Headhunting on niche requirements acco. to eligibility criteria and share inputs with Recruitment Lead.
Work towards fulfillment of monthly and yearly targets and ensure all manpower requisitions are processed within the turnaround time.
Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
Good negotiation and communication skills- both verbal and written.
Ability to perform under pressure
