- Experience in handling simple to complex requirements independently and working knowledge of large scale enterprise systems
- Experience in end to end application lifecycle development including participation in analysis of different aspects of business requirements, design, development, testing, and production support
- Experience in Middleware and Integration with deep understanding of concepts such as integration patterns (B2B, B2C, etc), m/w protocols and technologies
- Should have designed and delivered multiple enhancements in the banking domain
- Participated in technology assessments and delivered small and medium size module within timelines and with zero defects
- Must have knowledge of either Oracle or IBM DB2 database management systems with deep understanding of advanced concepts such as data replication
