Job Description :
- 5+Years of Software Development Experience, Good experience with JAVA J2EE / Web Technologies.
- Extremely strong Java development skills, including multiple frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or commercial equivalents.
- Strong XHTML, XML, and XSLT skills, and a working knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX.
- Ability to execute code and design reviews.
- Effective communication skills (verbal/written/presentation).
- Willingness to work in a customer facing environment (high pressure on timely delivery).
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent exposure to Core Java, Struts, Spring and Hibernate.
- 3 years of strong J2EE experience specifically in developing EJBs.
- Should have experience in developing work flow using any standard BPM tools, JBPM preferred.
