Job Description :  

• Experience in good Java programming (Core/JSP/J2EE). 
• Should write flawless program given any analytical problem (logical algorithm to program), 
• Knowledge of latest technology like Struts/AJAX/Hibernate, etc is preferable (not must, but should show inclination of learning these areas), 
• Should be proficient in Java IDEs preferably Eclipse, Should have done at least 1 year of sizable development project, 
• Should be exceptional in one or more of J2EE for at least 1 year experience (Servlet, JSP, Spring, Hibernate-ORM, EJB, Webservices), 
• Should be able to understand design principles and good exposure to design patterns. 
• Should be able to apply design patterns to the problem, Should have design experience, 
• Should have authored design documents, 
• Should have exposure to various architectures
