Job Description :  
  • 5+Years of Software Development Experience, Good experience with JAVA J2EE / Web Technologies.
  • Extremely strong Java development skills, including multiple frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or commercial equivalents.
  • Strong XHTML, XML, and XSLT skills, and a working knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX.
  • Ability to execute code and design reviews.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal/written/presentation).
  • Willingness to work in a customer facing environment (high pressure on timely delivery).
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
