- Work closely with European/Clients to understand their business requirements and the business value we can offer to them
- Work closely with an agile development team of high flyers to develop software and deliver software in small incremental iterations:
- Involvement in N-tier Design & Development and various stages of agile software development process in Java, J2EE, Oracle DB, OOAD and UML
- To analyze requirements and estimate for assigned work
- To design database tables needed for assigned work
- Write clean n-tier code\Testing work done by self and others (peer testing)
- To be able to communicate effectively
