  • Candidate should have 8-10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years strong technical experience in Java/J2EE. 
  • Should have 2-3 years experience into project management activities. 
  • Should have hands on Java coding experience & guiding/ mentoring team on Java coding 
  • PM Skills - Team management - Customer management – Planning & monitoring
  • Should have experience working on J2EE based applications, including tech set - Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Webservices, AJAX, and other open source frameworks
  • Should have experience designing J2EE applications - including Design patterns, UML, etc
  • Team management - Customer management – Planning & monitoring
