- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming
- Strong skills in Core Java , JSP & Servlets
- Strong development experience in J2EE / Java (1.5, 1.6) , Spring, Hibernate, Ajax, XML technologies
- Exposure to GWT/Java scripting frameworks
- Good experience in Web Services
- Strong experience in Tomcat/Glassfish/any other web server
- Strong Oracle/ MS SQL Server and database designing skills
