  • Should have hands on experience in Java J2EE for atleast 5 years with clear concepts, good analytical skills and skills in accurate estimations and robust design.
  • Should have good knowledge on Oracle and PLSQL.
  • Should have atleast 2-3 years in team leadership, Excellent communication and coordination skills required.
  • Should be well versed with all aspects of SDLC and should be able to handle team of more than 5 members.
  • Should have good people management skills, analytical skills, well versed in latest technological trends specially Java and J2EE.
  • Should have done customer interaction.
  • Should be flexible in taking hands on assignment.
  • Should have knowledge about quality processes and management related aspects.
