- Specifying functionality, requirement gathering, analysis & detailed technical design
- Holds End to End responsibilities for assigned task / activity
- Design, Code & Test assigned task / activity
- Hands on experience with Struts, Hibernate Spring & Webservices.
- Should have working experience of XML, Web Services (Jax RPC / WS), Tomcat, "Web Logic", UML, LDAP, JNDI, ANT / Maven.
