  • Strong experience in getting bench consultants for IT services in US market through strategies such as -cold calling/Email/Networking/market research activities
  • Candidate should have Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors, Implementation Partners Or Clients.
  • Managing a database of candidate profiles
  • Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions
  • Ensure to achieve the monthly targets before the deadlines.
