  • experience in application design and development in a variety of domains
  • experience is must in developing WebSphere Portal 6.1/7.0 based applications
  • Strong Java/J2EE development background
  • Must have JSR 168 and JSR 286 experience
  • Must have varied IT solutions design and development experience
  • Must have Understanding of architecture principles and frameworks
  • Full knowledge of software development life-cycle (SDLC) is required
  • experience in Struts, Springs, Hibernate, JSF, WSAD, RAD, XML, Web Services and WebSphere Administration
