Job Description :   



  • 5 to 10 years' experience in systems development and integration
  • Expertise in architecting the solutions based upon customer requirements using Java/J2EE:Struts, Spring, and Hibernate etc.
  • Should be able to do object & data modeling using tools and design standards like UML
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems in creative ways
  • Active involvement in the analysis of requirements & architect and create design documents for the system
  • Ability to work independently and ability to deliver POCs Understanding & hands-on experience on a co-sourcing projects with offshore, perform architecture analysis, document design ( functional and non-functional requirements) and conduct peer reviews
